Krispy Kreme run – for diabetes?
Run 1 1/2 miles, eat a dozen Krispy Kremes, run another 1 1/2 miles.
I understand wanting to echo the “Freedom” theme of JDRF’s Walk to Cure Diabetes (freedom from diabetes) and wanting to dispel the myth that people with type 1 shouldn’t eat sugar, but really – Krispy Kremes? One dozen???
Maybe we in Seattle should team up with Top Pot donuts – when donuts are good, one is enough. 😀
